Shipping Policy

We process and aim to ship all orders within 24 business hours, not including weekends or holidays. If extenuating circumstances arise that cause a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

We use USPS Media Mail as our default carrier for orders within the United States. Other shipping methods may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

We cannot ship to any country currently restricted by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or by USPS. This includes countries under comprehensive U.S. sanctions as well as countries where USPS has temporarily suspended international mail service for operational reasons. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any other country at our discretion. International shipping is by USPS International Priority Mail.

 

Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing our books at AmericanLegacyMedia.com.

We offer a money-back guarantee, excluding original shipping costs, for qualified purchases made on our website. If your book is poorly manufactured, is damaged in shipping, or you are otherwise not satisfied with the physical condition of the book, we will refund your purchase price. We reserve the right to send a replacement copy instead of a refund.

Returns and refunds are limited to domestic orders and must be requested within 21 days of the ship date shown on your package. Requests made after the 21-day period are not eligible.

To request a return or refund, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will provide instructions.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different title, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
